We had the pleasure of attending the South Coast Property Awards as headline sponsor, celebrating the exceptional people, projects and businesses driving the property sector forward across the South Coast.

It was a fantastic evening filled with energy, recognition, and inspiration - and we were especially proud to present the Mark Vincent Outstanding Contribution to Property Award. This special category honours someone whose unwavering dedication and hard work have made a lasting impact on the industry - just like Mark, who was passionate about connecting people and supporting others selflessly.

This year’s winner, Lucy Richmond, has been instrumental in the success of numerous industry events, most notably transforming the South Coast Property Show into a flagship conference expected to welcome over 1,200 attendees this November - a true testament to her vision, leadership, and determination.

We’ve seen first hand how the South Coast Property Show has grown into one of the region’s must-attend events, and Mark would have been so proud of Lucy’s inspiring career and outstanding contribution to the property industry.
